ABOUT US
 Innovative Bangladesh is an initiative aimed at improvement of skill levels of executives in Bangladesh, enabling them to face challenges of the new millennium. We invite Non-Resident Bangladeshis (NRB) living around the world who are willing to lend their hands to our initiative and agree to hold seminars, training programs, workshops in their respective fields of expertise during their home visits. Thus NRBs can contribute to the nation building effort through improvement of potential Human Resources.
WHY THIS INITIATIVE?
Bangladesh has over the years struggled to produce executives with contemporary expertise, even though there has been no shortage of flow of bright, energetic and proactive graduates from different fields. Taking these graduates to a further level through continued education is what has been lacking. At present, the corporate scenario in Bangladesh has seen a good influx of foreign executives taking over important positions, mostly in the mid and senior levels of private enterprises. This vacuum of well qualified local executives must be addressed soon, in order to take the country forward. This is where the NRBs can help the country by sharing their knowledge expertise to the local prospects through trainings and seminars.
WHO ARE BEHIND THIS INITIATIVE?
A. K. M Shamsuddin, who held several key positions in several local and multinational organizations, an MBA from the Institute of Business Administration, Dhaka University and a Mechanical Engineering graduate from BUET, has started this initiative. He is regarded as a leading management specialist in the country. With this initiative and vision, he intends to help groom managers for the country. NRBs can play a significant role in this. He has a team of experts to carry this initiative forward.
